At DigitalShopi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the digital products you purchase from us. However, due to the nature of digital products being intangible, designed to be fair to both our customers and the developers and vendors who create the products we offer

We will consider refund requests in the following situations:

Product Defect: If you encounter technical issues or defects that prevent you from using the product as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Duplicate Purchase: In cases where you unintentionally purchase the same product multiple times, we will refund the duplicate purchases.

Once your refund request is approved:

For credit card payments: We will initiate the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processe

For PayPal payments: We will refund the purchase amount to your PayPal account.

As most of our products are digital and intangible, we do not accept returns for items that have been successfully delivered and downloaded.
